Villa Botanica was honoured to receive two distinguished places in the recent Australian Bridal Industry Academy Awards help in Brisbane on 9th July 2013. Villa Botanica was awarded as Runner Up in the Queensland Reception Venue Category and as Third Place in Queensland Ceremony Venue. There was less than 2% difference in total scores between the Winners and Villa Botanica so it was an exceptionally close competition. The average spend on a wedding now stands at $48,296, increasing by 73% in the past decade (three times the rate of inflation).
